About the foundation

The Fund for Scientific and Technological Development of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra was established by the Government of the Autonomous Okrug in order to promote innovative development, the formation of modern human resources and improve the quality of life in Ugra through the implementation of research, educational and infrastructure projects.
